The editorial board of the Journal aims to meet the highest international requirements of publication ethics, which apply to the activities of all participants in the publication process: editors, authors and reviewers.
The editorial board follows the ethical standards of the International Publication Ethics Committee (COPE), which includes impartiality to the manuscripts or the authors, ensuring a clear and transparent reviewing process, non-proliferation of unpublished materials, non-disclosure of personal data of authors and reviewers in the review process. The editorial board of the Journal recognizes and accepts responsibility for the published materials.
Reviewers must follow the rules of scientific ethics and formal communication in the process of conducting review. If it is impossible to conduct a review, the reviewer must notify the editor in a timely manner. Reviewers undertake not to transfer manuscripts under the review process or information about them to third parties.
The authors of the manuscript guarantee that the manuscript does not contain plagiarism, has not been fully or partially published in other publications before and will not be published anywhere else until the end of the review process in the Journal, does not violate any copyright, trademark, patent or legal rights or property rights. If it is necessary to comply with the internal regulations of scientific research publication process of an organization, the manuscript must be approved by the responsible representative of the organization.
The authors guarantee that the manuscript is approved by all the authors. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data in the provided article. In case of errors and inaccuracies, the author must immediately notify the editors of the Journal. If the manuscript refers to other publications, contains research results, data or graphic materials from other studies, authors are obliged to reference the publications from which those materials were borrowed.
In case of non-observance or violation of the requirements of publication ethics, the editorial board of the Journal has the right to reject the manuscript and do not consider for publication any further submissions of these authors.
