1. All manuscripts must be sent in electronic format through the special form for a manuscript submission on the website of the journal (registration is required) in the format .doc / .docx. File size should not exceed 10 MB.
2. When sending an article, it is necessary to accept the rules for publishing articles in the journal, to express consent to the processing of personal data.
3. When sending an article, it is necessary to attach (1) a signed license agreement and (2) a written statement, where the author guarantees compliance with the rules of publication ethics, that her / his article does not contain plagiarism, has not been fully or partially published earlier in other publications (except in the form of an abstract, a published lecture or an academic thesis), does not violate any copyright, trademark, patent, legal rights or property rights of others.
4. Printed manuscripts are not returned to the authors.
