The article considers the problems and prospects of Russian domestic gas market reforming (liberalization) taking into account the institutional and regulatory effect of integration processes that take place in the EEU and the EU. The paper analyzes main domestic policy aspects, price deregulation, gas mainline transportation and underground storage reforming, export liberalization, stakeholders’ standpoints and consensus prospects, goal setting issues, and existing foreign experience. Specific conclusions and proposals are defined.
