The article demonstrates the application of method to identify critical elements in technical infrastructure networks when studying the significance of critical gas facilities. It is aimed at searching for critical elements in network infrastructures and their importance ranking. Conclusions are made on the applicability of this method to study the importance of critical facilities in the gas industry.
